Project: Roofing Replacement in Redlands

California Showcase Construction installed a new roof in Redlands, CA. We added a lot of vents to the roof to let the moisture out. Allowing the moisture to escape easily prevents the shingles from rotting. This Owens Corning roof came with a 50 year warranty and took about 3 days to install. The main reasons why the homeowners replace the roof are:

• Leaking roof
• Missing Shingles
• Granulation of the tiles
• Asphalt showing through
